3. Cancellation Policy

Once project execution or service delivery has commenced, cancellation requests shall not be entertained. All payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Clients are advised to thoroughly review the project scope and proposal before authorising work to begin.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable for digital services, customised software, or completed milestones. Any refund, if approved under exceptional circumstances, shall be processed within 14 business days solely at the discretion of CodersArth management after thorough review.

5. Return Policy

Return of digital products, software solutions, or service-based deliverables is not applicable due to their intangible nature. All project acceptance criteria must be formally agreed upon before project initiation to avoid post-delivery disputes.

6. Governing Law

This policy and all related terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion.
